Friends of Chestnuts PTA enhances the school community by organizing events like the Summer Fete & Circus, raising funds for outdoor play and learning equipment to enrich children's educational experiences.

Roll Up! Roll Up! The Circus is coming BACK to Chestnuts... It&#39;s time for our 2026 Summer Fete WITH the fantastic National Festival Circus!! The fete is free to attend and will run from 15:30 to 17:30.&nbsp;Circus tickets cost &pound;9 per person. You do not have to attend both the fete and circus, but we would love to see you at both! We will again be using pre-purchased tokens as payment at the stalls to reduce cash handling and reduce queuing.Tokens will be available to purchase on the day, but we strongly recommend purchasing your tokens in advance, to avoid delays on the day and let you get straight into the fun of the fete! Tickets for the circus performances must be pre-purchased and are priced at &pound;9 per person. Circus tickets will NOT be available to purchase on the day.There are 2 circus show times to choose from; 16:00 &amp; 17:30 and each performance lasts around 1 hour. &nbsp;Tickets for children under 2 years old are free and sit on an adult&#39;s lap (ticket required for under 2&#39;s for capacity planning). All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a responsible adult over 18. Buggy Park: For capacity and safety reasons, buggies and strollers cannot be taken into the Big Top tent. A Buggy Park will be provided outside of the tent. All items are left at the owner&#39;s risk. The event organisers accept no liability for any loss or damage. This is a No Smoking site which includes vaping Alcohol and drugs are not allowed on site. We will refuse entry to anyone we feel is under the influence of alcohol or drugs No dogs allowed on site other than registered assistance dogs. Please contact us if you need to bring an assistance dog, to ensure we can accommodate them safely All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a responsible adult over 18. The Chairperson has the final decision. If the event is cancelled by Friends of Chestnuts, a full refund or rebooking to another event will be offered by the charity, whichever is more appropriate. You will be contacted directly by email in this instance. Tickets are not for resale. Volunteers, Staff, and Representatives of Friends of Chestnuts PTA and Chestnuts Primary School may refuse entry to any person to the site and may remove or evict any person where, in the reasonable opinion of Volunteers or Staff, it is believed that the person may cause disruption or a risk to the safety or security of the performance or the enjoyment of the performance by others. Any such removal or eviction will not result in a refund.
