Ridgefield A Better Chance, founded in 1987, offers academically-gifted young women of color the opportunity to pursue a premier high school education at Ridgefield High School. 66 RABC Scholars have graduated and gone on to study at leading Universities & Colleges, becoming leaders in medicine, technology, business & law, impacting lives in their communities.
