About
Founded in 1983, Alaria Chamber Ensemble is NYC's premier music program for amateur and professional adults. Originally at Mannes School of Music, it's now an independent nonprofit offering chamber music programs. Alaria is dedicated to building an inclusive community of players, listeners, composers, and teachers. Artistic Director Yuri Vodovoz shapes Alaria's concert repertoire and educational programs. The ensemble performs at Weill Hall and promotes new music.
