Alexandria Tutoring Consortium (ATC), founded in 2006, partners with Alexandria City Public Schools to provide reading tutors for K-2 students. Volunteers are trained to use proven methods, including the Book Buddies program. ATC's mission is to ensure all students read at or above grade level by the end of second grade, offering targeted support and materials.
