The Algonquin Area Youth Organization (AAYO), est. 1974, is a non-profit dedicated to fostering youth baseball and softball programs. AAYO offers recreational and travel teams, ensuring all children can participate in a fun, competitive environment. They focus on teaching sportsmanship, teamwork, integrity, and leadership, striving to develop well-rounded athletes.

AAYO is a non-profit organization that organizes, conducts, supervises, sponsors, and fosters wholesome athletic youth Baseball and Softball programs. AAYO provides an opportunity for all children to play baseball and softball regardless of talent-level or experience.
