ALSSO, founded in 2003, supports individuals and families affected by ALS in the Inland Northwest. Originally SALSA, it became ALSSO in 2007 to focus on personal relationships. They provide emotional support, financial aid for equipment, home modifications, and caregiving, and monthly meetings for sharing experiences.

ALSSO provides services and support to individuals living with ALS and their caregivers in Spokane and the Inland Northwest. They offer emotional support, financial assistance, and resources to help those affected by ALS.
