Established in 1920, the Leo C. Peterson American Legion Post 54 in Red Wing, MN, welcomes veterans and their families from all branches of the Armed Forces. Focused on serving God, Country, and Community, their four pillars are Veterans Affairs & Rehabilitation, National Security, Americanism, and Children & Youth. They support veterans, promote Americanism, and aid youth programs.
Mission
American Legion Post 54 welcomes veterans and those serving from all branches of the Armed Forces, as well as their families. They focus on veterans affairs, national security, Americanism, and children & youth, giving 100% of the money they raise back to the Red Wing community to support scholarships, aid veterans and families, and support community programs.
