About
The American Saluki Association (ASA), est. 1963, is dedicated to the fulfillment of the Saluki breed's potentials. Originally the Saluki Fanciers of California, it evolved into a national organization with members worldwide. ASA hosts an annual Celebration, featuring a dog show and awards, and publishes newsletters and the Caravanserai, chronicling Saluki history and achievements.
Mission
The American Saluki Association encourages and promotes the breeding of purebred Salukis and works to bring their natural qualities to perfection. They protect and advance the interests of the breed by encouraging sportsmanlike competition and supporting genetic research.
