The Ancient Free & Accepted Masons of Connecticut, founded in 1943, is part of the world's oldest fraternal organization. Rooted in the traditions of medieval stonemasons, they promote strong ethical values, family, community, and patriotism. Members are taught to be good citizens, care for the less fortunate, and quietly give back to their communities through various charitable initiatives. These include the Masonic Charity Foundation, support for schizophrenia research, children’s learning centers, scholarships, and hospitals.
