About
The Ancient Free & Accepted Masons of Texas, est. 1835, is the oldest continuously operating organization in Texas. With over 400 lodges, it fosters camaraderie, altruism, and truth-seeking. Masons uphold ideals of brotherly love and mutual aid, impacting communities through charities, scholarships, and personal growth. They support the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children and other charitable efforts, focusing on education and community support.
Mission
Freemasonry exists to take good men and help them become better men. It is not a reform society, but a fraternity that emphasizes moral instruction and service to the community, particularly caring for widows and orphans of Masons.
