About
Founded in 1923, the Androscoggin Historical Society preserves and shares the history of Androscoggin County and Maine. It began as an initiative of the Daughters of the American Revolution. The Society collects and displays historical records, relics, and artifacts. They have a museum and library named after Clarence March. The Society also hosts events and programs to engage the community with local history.

The Androscoggin Historical Society is dedicated to discovering, preserving, and sharing knowledge about the history of Androscoggin County and the State of Maine.
