Angels at Risk, founded in 2008, addresses drug and alcohol abuse among teens and families through early education, prevention, intervention, and treatment. Susie Spain founded the organization, which has been providing programs and services for over 20 years. Their mission aims to raise awareness and foster healthier futures for families affected by substance use disorders.
Mission
Angels at Risk provides educational programs and services designed to encourage communication on a parent to parent, teen to teen, and parent to teen level to address the crisis of drug and alcohol use in kids, teenagers, and families. They serve as a safety net, catching kids and families before they fall through the cracks.
