Animals Are First Fund (ARFF), founded in 2004, supports pets in San Bernardino County's Devore and Big Bear Lake Animal Shelters. A 100% volunteer-run organization, ARFF sponsors adoption events, subsidizes spay/neuter and microchipping programs, and provides resources to ensure quality pet care.
