Saturday Creative Camp
A joyful camp for children ages 5-10 to explore movement, develop physical skills, and stimulate imagination through creative movement and theater games.
Active Aging – Move to the Music!
Ages 50+ are welcome to develop physical well-being through dance, using simple and safe creative movement activities and dance steps.
Teen Choreography Workshop
Middle and high school students can create their own dances, learn choreography, and perform in other participant's choreography.
Contemporary Modern Technique – All levels
Explore individual expression through breath, senses, and spinal awareness, using somatic approaches, imagery, and improvisation.
Dancing from the Bones – All levels
Prepare the moving body through awareness, increased functional knowledge of skeletal structure, and alignment.

Explore individual expression and unique body structure while learning weight, body articulation, and alignment.
