Founded in 1972, Aston Magna enriches the appreciation of music from the past by exploring its cultural and historical context. As America's oldest annual summer festival devoted to period instruments, Aston Magna has pioneered performances of Bach and Mozart. Aston Magna extends its reach through educational programs, recordings, and publications, fostering interdisciplinary exploration and promoting a deeper understanding of music's place in society.
