Mentor Programme
{Mentorship programme is designed to help teens find the career path that best suits them.}
Beginner Class/Novice Team
For swimmers ages 7-12, teaching basic synchro skills, core strength, and flexibility. Opportunity to compete in Texas meets and the annual watershow.
Intermediate Team
Focuses on skill development and team building for swimmers of all ages. Competitions are held in Texas with a year-end competition in Florida.
12 and Under Team
Continues skill development while having fun. Competes in Texas cities and may qualify for national competitions.
13 and Older Team
Focuses on skill development, conditioning, flexibility, routine composition, and suit design. Competes in Texas and on a national level.
