About
The Ithaca Ballet, founded in 1961, is Upstate NY's only repertory company. As the resident ballet company at the State Theatre in Ithaca, it has trained over 2,000 young dancers, some of whom have joined prestigious companies worldwide. The Ballet enriches audiences of all ages by performing classical and contemporary works and supporting dance education.
