About
Ballet Pacifica, founded in 2017, is a nonprofit dedicated to exposing young people to ballet through education and performances. Their SMArts program, piloted in 2018, uses dance and movement to teach core concepts in math, science, language arts, and world culture to 2nd and 3rd graders. It also incorporates a live or recorded performance of The Nutcracker.
Mission
Ballet Pacifica provides dance education to students from low-income families through programs that offer dance education services to K-12 children.
