Founded in 2015, the Bay Community Tennis Association is dedicated to growing tennis in Bay City by providing public courts for recreational and competitive use. Their mission includes promoting health, fitness, and athletic excellence, as well as maintaining their facility and park through community support. They built and opened eight public outdoor tennis courts in 2019.
