The Bay State Council of the Blind (BSCB), founded in 1997, is a Massachusetts organization of blind and vision-impaired individuals, affiliated with the American Council of the Blind (ACB). BSCB's mission is to enhance the quality of life of blind people in Massachusetts and beyond through advocacy, transportation assistance, and accessible entertainment.
