Mentor Programme
{Mentorship programme is designed to help teens find the career path that best suits them.}
Granola Production Training
Adult refugees learn to prepare and package specialty food products in the BD kitchen. Participants receive paid, hands-on training and gain professional experience.
Youth Internship Training
Refugees ages 15-18 participate in a paid, six-month job training program. They prepare for their first summer job, contribute to their family incomes, and plan for their future careers.
Afghan Women Entrepreneurship
Afghan women meet weekly to cook together in the BD kitchen. They experiment with recipe development, learn business essentials, and gain job-readiness skills.
Market/Demo Training
Refugee adults gain front-of-house skills for careers in hospitality and retail. They learn to organize inventory, converse with customers, and process sales at farmers markets.
