The Belleville Main Street Program, established in 2002, is dedicated to revitalizing and preserving Belleville's downtown area. As a non-profit, it unites the community to enhance quality of life and economic health for future generations. It focuses on organization, promotion, design, and economic restructuring.

Committed to the revitalization and economic development of the downtown district. Making downtown Belleville a vibrant and safe place for everyone to work, shop, eat, play, and relax as a matter of habit.
