Matching Sign Grant
Provides matching grants to Bertram businesses and non-residential properties in Bertram and its ETJ for new signage.
Business Improvement Grant
Offers grants to Bertram non-residential property owners for revitalization projects, on a 50/50 basis, up to $8,000.
Demolition Grant
Provides matching grant funds to Bertram businesses to demolish substandard structures for future development, up to $7,000.
