Mentor Programme
{Mentorship programme is designed to help teens find the career path that best suits them.}
Complaint Filing
Accepts complaints on workmanship for remodeling and new homes. Reviews complaints with a contract copy and a processing fee, forwarding unresolved issues to the Attorney General.
Mediation & Arbitration
Provides free in-house mediation or formal arbitration (for a fee) through an agreement with the Center for Dispute Settlement when complaints cannot be settled.
Inspections
Offers unbiased inspection services for disputes between contractors and consumers, providing a written report with analysis, opinion, and recommendations.
Inquiries & Referrals
Allows consumers to call and check a contractor's reputation, whether they are a member or not, before starting a project.
