Bicycles for Humanity - Colorado, founded in 2008, collects and repairs donated bikes, shipping them to rural African communities. These bikes provide access to healthcare, education, and economic opportunities, empowering individuals and driving community development. The converted shipping containers become sustainable bike shops, creating jobs and funding local schools, clinics, and infrastructure.
