The Biddeford Pool Improvement Association (BPIA), established over a century ago, is dedicated to conserving Biddeford Pool's unique natural resources, including marshland and bird habitats. BPIA serves as a liaison between the Biddeford Pool community and the City of Biddeford, supporting residents and the environment.
