A class at First United Presbyterian Church focused on strength, balance, and mindfulness.

An evening of games for seniors to socialize and engage in brain-stimulating activities.

A weekly crafting session with different projects each time, with a nominal fee for materials.

A retired nurse offers blood pressure checks to help seniors monitor their health.
