The Blue Ridge Potters Guild, formed in 1996, promotes community awareness and appreciation of ceramics. With over 75 members from around the Roanoke Valley, the guild encourages artistic growth through workshops and shares ideas. They promote pottery through an annual show, exhibits, and community outreach, donating handmade bowls to address hunger and offering scholarships. The guild supports clay exploration through donations and workshops.
