Income Based Local Housing Program
Provides affordable housing based on a buyer's income, not what the market will bear, for those making between 60% and 120% of area median income.

Employer-Directed, Landowner-Directed, and Investor-Directed Variations Program
Provides income restrictions that keep local housing affordable to employees, seniors and the disabled.

IHFA Home Program
Provides state-subsidized housing opportunities for those with low to very-low income and provides down payment assistance.

Finally Home! Education Program
Teaches new homebuyers all the skills needed to effectively purchase and manage a new home. Completing this class can help you qualify for a more affordable mortgage.

USDA 502 Loan Packaging
Helps very low income applicants buy decent, safe, and sanitary housing in eligible rural areas. This program is not exclusive to low and very low income families.
