Books for STL Kids, founded in 2016, provides new books to children from low-income families in St. Louis, addressing the critical need for access to books to improve literacy. They distribute books through after-school programs, childcare centers, and community events, including the Largest Book Party in St. Louis. Since its beginning, the organization has distributed over 238,000 books to local literacy programs.
