The Brainerd Baxter Youth Center, also known as TheShop, has been serving the Brainerd Lakes Area since 2012, providing a safe and inclusive space for youth to connect and grow. The center focuses on mentorship to improve overall wellness, provide educational and vocational opportunities, embrace diversity, and empower youth to be critical thinkers and engaged community members.
Mission
The Brainerd Baxter Youth Center mentors youth to improve overall wellness and develop assets to support healthy life transitions. They provide a safe space with supportive mentors where youth can be themselves.
