Offers weekly virtual support group for patients and monthly virtual support group for caregivers, facilitated by social workers.

Breathing New Life, founded in 2003 (formerly Hope Chest News), supports M Health Fairview lung-transplant patients & their families. Their mission is to ease the financial burden of patients in need and promote transplant awareness. They started by publishing a newsletter to connect support-group members and now provide financial assistance to those undergoing lung transplants so they never have to walk this journey alone.
