The Brooks Museum League, founded in 1933, is a non-profit volunteer organization supporting the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art. It promotes art education, particularly for youth through programs like the Mid-South Scholastic Art Awards, and seniors with Tea & Tour events. The League has provided substantial financial support to the Museum, funding exhibits, establishing the Art Works creative center, developing the Medieval Treasury, establishing the Museum's gift shop and Docent Program, and donating over $1,000,000 in unrestricted grants.
