Buffalo Inner City Ballet, est. 1972, offers dance instruction & performances, addressing community needs & promoting culture. Originally a recreational alternative to street gangs for inner city youth, particularly African American males, BICB provides serious ballet training to minority children, regardless of socioeconomic background.
