Building Futures connects diverse, low-income individuals in Rhode Island with family-sustaining careers in the construction and other high-growth industries through registered apprenticeships. They operate a pre-apprenticeship program and partner with employers to create apprenticeship opportunities. Through Apprenticeship Rhode Island, they've expanded apprenticeships to over 40 new occupations, addressing the skilled worker shortage.
