Founded in 2006, Bushenyi Alliance for Rural Health & Development (BARHD) is a nonprofit providing secondary and university education to indigent students in rural southwest Uganda and western Kenya. BARHD sponsors students and funds infrastructure projects at boarding schools.
Mission
BARHD provides secondary and university education to students in rural southwest Uganda and western Kenya whose families cannot afford to educate them. They also provide support for various Ugandan Anglican institutions regarding education, rural development, health, and other quality of life issues.
