About
The California Association of Youth Courts (CAYC), founded in 2009, supports youth justice programs in California. CAYC aims to constrain the school-to-prison pipeline by offering restorative justice models and empowering youth to address offenses of their peers. They provide opportunities for youth to connect with their community and take an active role in expanding access to justice.
Mission
The California Association of Youth Courts brings young people from California youth courts together to exchange information, share best practices and promotes positive youth development and justice through accountability and education.
