Camp Looking Glass, founded in 2007, provides free sleep-away summer camps and year-round activities for children and adults with disabilities in the Mississippi Delta. It fosters friendships between people with and without disabilities. Camp activities include arts, sports, nature walks, and community events, all accessible to every camper. They have their own 11-acre Camp Land in Greenville, MS.
Mission
Since 2004, Camp Looking Glass has been providing sleep-away summer camps and year-round recreational activities to children and adults with disabilities in the Mississippi Delta, all at no cost to campers and their families. Our main focus, however, is creating lifelong friendships between people with and without disabilities.
