The Canton Community Health Fund, tracing its roots to the Canton Visiting Nurse Association in 1918, supports the health, safety, and well-being of the Canton, CT community. Founded in 1997, CCHF provides grants to local organizations and scholarships to students pursuing healthcare or public safety careers, continuing a legacy of community care.
