The Cape Vincent Arts Council, a non-profit founded in 1998, is dedicated to ensuring a vibrant arts scene in Cape Vincent. Run entirely by volunteers, they offer diverse programs, including live music, art classes, and the Thousand Islands International Piano Competition.
