Capital Adoptive Families Alliance (CAFA), est. 2009, supports adoptive, kinship, & guardianship families in the Sacramento area. Founded by social worker parents, CAFA provides respite, support groups, trainings, & community to keep families together. Their mission is to provide education & advocate for families, promoting racial equity & LGBTQ+ inclusion.
