Capital District Center for Independence (CDCI), established in 1979, promotes independent living for people with disabilities in the Greater Capital District of New York State. As a non-residential, community-based center, CDCI offers a variety of services and resources to support individuals with disabilities in achieving their independence.

The Capital District Center for Independence provides non-residential services to over 1,500 people with disabilities annually in the Greater Capital District. Established in 1979, they promote independent living through various services and advocacy.
