Mentor Programme

Group Swim Lessons
Offers group swim lessons designed to help children enjoy the water and stay safe, with instruction levels ranging from pre-beginner to advanced.
Masters Swimming
Provides coaching for swimmers aged 18+ with workouts tailored to various abilities and stroke preferences, focusing on conditioning and technique.
Assistant and Junior Coaching
Offers opportunities for swimmers aged 13+ to volunteer as Junior Coaches or work as paid Assistant Coaches, developing leadership and coaching skills.
Private Swim Lessons
Provides individualized swim instruction for current members by trained lifeguards/swim instructors.
Swim Team
A summer swim team program offering trained coaches for swimmers of all abilities to have fun, improve skills & stay active!
