The Carl Hankey International Education Foundation (CHIEF), founded in 2011, supports Carl Hankey K-8 School's International Baccalaureate program. It enriches the school community by providing funding for educational excellence through grants, encouraging community involvement, and supporting the IB program.

The Carl Hankey International Education Foundation supports K-5 student education by funding physical education and foreign language instruction in Mission Viejo. It strives to build character and create productive citizens by inspiring and engaging students in the joys and challenges of learning.
