About
The Carnegie Free Library of Beaver Falls, founded in 1899, was Beaver County's first library. Financed by Andrew Carnegie and designed by Frederick J. Osterling, opened to the public in 1903. It offers library services and resources to the Beaver Falls community and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Mission
The Beaver County Library System consists of nine public libraries, and two branches offering books, audio/visual media, programs, activities and services to county residents and visitors. The Beaver County Library System offers activities, discussion groups and reading programs for people of all ages.
