Founded in 1995, the Carrie A. Seaman Animal Shelter (CASAS) is a no-kill shelter serving lower Cape Cod. Staffed by volunteers, CASAS provides shelter, care, and veterinary services to homeless dogs and cats from Provincetown, Truro, Wellfleet, and Eastham, MA. They offer spay/neuter programs and work to eliminate animal neglect through education.
