The Carroll County Resource Council has served Carroll County, Arkansas since 1985. This nonprofit provides job training, youth outreach, and violence prevention programs. They offer anti-drug, anti-violence, anti-smoking, and anti-obesity programs, and support teen parents and senior activities. The council also aids Green Forest with infrastructure project proposals.
