CASA of Jefferson County, founded in 2005, trains volunteers to advocate for abused and neglected children in court. CASA volunteers ensure these children's needs are met within the legal and social system, providing crucial information to the court to serve the children's best interests. Currently, CASA serves 44 families and around 103 children.

CASA of Jefferson County supports and promotes court-appointed volunteer advocacy so every child who has experienced abuse or neglect in Jefferson County has a safe, permanent home and the opportunity to thrive.
