Mentor Programme

Adoption Program
Find loving homes for rescued cats through adoption events and partnerships with local stores.
Spay/Neuter Program
Provides low-cost spay and neuter services, including financial aid and transportation, to control cat overpopulation.
Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) Program
Traps feral cats, sterilizes and vaccinates them, and returns them to their colonies to prevent further breeding.

Cat Utopia, founded in 2007 in Pendleton, OR, reduces unwanted felines in Eastern Oregon through spay/neuter, adoption, and education. They focus on stray and abandoned animals, altering, socializing, and medically treating them. They adopt over 300 cats annually, and have spayed/neutered 150 feral cats, preventing unwanted litters. Their goal is for all cats to have safe, loving homes.
