The CAUSE Foundation, est. 1994 by United Airlines flight attendants, aids fellow attendants and their families globally facing financial distress from illness, injury, or death. It provides short-term aid for basic needs and medical bills. CAUSE also offers scholarships for children of deceased United flight attendants. CAUSE, meaning Concerned Attendants for a United Support Effort, has given over $7.9 million, assisting 1,429+ flight attendants.
Mission
The CAUSE Foundation assists United Airlines Flight Attendants and their families worldwide who are in financial distress due to illness, injury, or disability. They help families maintain their dignity when faced with loss of income or overwhelming medical bills.
